International Day at TWU

Langley, B.C.—Thursday, November 6, 2003 marked Trinity Western University’s annual International Day. The whole campus was bustling with activity as TWU’s international students took time to share a piece of their homeland with the greater TWU campus. The day began with a feast of international food where students could eat as well as make donations to help feed those in Iraq. Throughout the day, students participated in everything from a Japanese Tea Ceremony and sushi making lessons to martial arts demonstrations and origami lessons. Cultural displays were featured throughout the buildings as were photo exhibitions from around the world. Students even got out for a game of cricket and a ping pong tournament.
