New appointments at Trinity Western University

Langley, B.C.— Trinity Western University has appointed DeVonne Friesen as the new Executive Director of University Communications. His primary role will be to provide senior leadership for the University Communications team and direction for the major communications platforms. Friesen, previously TWU’s Director of Public Relations, is a graduate of Queen’s University (MA), as well as a TWU alumnus (BA, Hons).

After 15 years as Assistant Librarian for the Reference and Media Department, Ted Goshulak has been named University Librarian for Trinity Western University’s Norma Alloway Library. Goshulak will provide university community coordination and expertise in the continued development and improvement of the library and information services. He is also currently part of City University’s Adjunct Faculty and teaches information literacy.

Trinity Western University, located in Langley, B.C., is a not-for-profit Christian liberal arts university enrolling over 3,500 students this year. With a broad based, liberal arts and sciences curriculum, the University offers undergraduate degrees in 38 major areas of study ranging from business, education and computer science to biology and nursing, and 12 other graduate degrees including counseling psychology, theology and administrative leadership.
