CIS TOP 10 TUESDAY (#23)
SPARTANS WOMEN’S T&F NO. 3, MEN’S T&F NO. 8

LANGLEY, British Columbia – With only a few days to go before the start of the CIS indoor track and field championships, the Trinity Western women’s team is ranked No. 3 in the CIS Top 10 and the men’s team is No. 8.

The CIS meet runs from Thursday to Saturday at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. The Calgary women and Guelph men are the defending team champions from 2013.

The Canada West champion Spartans women have been ranked in the Top 10 in all seven polls this year and have been amongst the top three in each of the last four rankings. The men’s team has been ranked in the last three polls and has been a program-best eighth in the last two rankings.
