Kristy Wiltshire is a Certified Registered Sport Massage therapist. Kristy joined Trinity Western University's Sports Medicine Team at the beginning of the 2007/08 varsity season, and is also currently a Registered Massage Therapist at Brookswood Massage Therapy.  Kristy received an Honours BA. in Kinesiology and Physical Education at Wilfred Laurier University and continued on to complete a 3 year medical massage certificate program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Kristy is also a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer.  Massage therapy is a vital technique in the health care field as it can help in the rehabilitation of various injuries, can be a part of an athlete's warm-up to help prepare muscles to fire more efficiently or can also help athletes recover more rapidly following a game or event. Some of the various techniques Kristy utilizes for her treatments include trigger point techniques, Myofascial release, Swedish massage and Muscle Energy.  Kristy has contributed her expertise to various events including WLU Swim team, Royal Victoria marathon, Canada Cup International Women's Fast Pitch, Kelowna Dragon Boats and the historic half in Fort Langley, plus many more
