Gary Schmidt, MBA, MSc, BSc

  • Biography

    Gary is originally from Alberta, with a BSc in Psychology (Minor: Management) and an MBA from the University of Calgary. He later earned an MSc in Management Information Systems from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. He is currently in a DBA program at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. Gary has taught in a variety of contexts including: elementary school computer classes in oil company camps in remote areas of Venezuela, junior college classes in Miami, Florida and Caracas Venezuela, undergraduate and Master’s level university courses in Florida, California, and Hong Kong. He has a work background primarily in nonprofit and IT consulting. His research interests include cross-cultural issues in management, organizational culture and character, MIS issues in Business, student transformation and Biblical Faith Integration in Business.
