Langley, BC — Trinity Western University enrolled the largest Canadian new-student body in the history of the University this fall. All graduate programs met or exceeded their budgeted enrolment targets for incoming students. TWU’s new Adult Degree Completion (ADC) program in Langley enrolled 52 students, with the fall cohort of 25 exceeding the goal of 20 students. The Freshman Academy program, a personalised transition program for high school students, enrolled 45 new students, up from 33 last year.

ADC programTWU remained strong in the face of a challenging provincial market that saw five new universities introduced last year and that reduced TWU’s transfer student population. The full time undergraduate class is slightly below last year’s figures by 1.9%, and University-wide enrolment as a whole declined only 0.8%, primarily in the sectors of transfer students and ACTS Seminaries.

TWU is very pleased with the success of our ADC programs and the quality of the cohort here in Langley. With the overwhelming success of the Langley ADC program, TWU is exploring expansion opportunities within Metro Vancouver.
