Innovative Programs

“Convenient, relevant, relational, and supportive.” These words characterize the unique leadership development program offered at the TWU Richmond campus. It is a program designed especially for 21st century leaders seeking a degree at a bachelors or masters level.

Learners are provided with the opportunity to combine previous university studies with TWU Richmond Leadership courses, melded to achieve a leadership studies degree.

More than ever before, organizations of all shapes and sizes are seeking employees who know how to effectively mobilize and motivate their greatest resource – people. TWU’s Leadership program equips you with cutting-edge leadership tools that will make a difference in your workplace, organization, club, and home.

Adult Degree Completion – Created for busy, working adults to complete a degree in as little as 18 months by part-time studies, one evening a week, in accelerated six-week classes. New cohort classes begin each fall, winter, and spring.

Bachelor of Arts in Leadership  - Designed to provide specialized educational support for students for whom English is a second language. Students can complete a BA degree in as little as 14 – 16 months of full-time studies.

Master of Arts in Leadership – Transformational Servant Leadership and Values Based Leadership are the themes of this Master's degree. Graduate students are able to select from five different areas of specialization and are required to complete a capstone project that applies the leadership competency model.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) — Our top-ranked program offered on the TWU Langley campus is PROPOSED TO COME TO TWU RICHMOND in 2016.
